VisualSP collects and stores personal information (such as name, email address, company) whenever you request sales information, purchase a product and/or service, contact our customer services team, download our VisualSP browser extension. The data we collect depends on the context of your interactions with VisualSP and the choices you make, including your privacy settings and the products and features you use. Personal information is collected from various media, including, but not limited to telephone, postal correspondence, email, website forms, Microsoft Clarity integration with our VisualSP browser extension. Information is stored in our Microsoft Azure cloud storage as well as our marketing platform.
Your personal information will be used solely by VisualSP for the purposes of marketing, reporting, customer support and to provide our customers with rich, interactive experiences.
In particular, we use data to:
- Provide our products, which includes updating, securing, and troubleshooting, as well as providing support. It also includes sharing data, when it is required to provide the service or carry out the transactions you request.
- Improve and develop our products.
- Personalize our products and make recommendations.
- Advertise and market to you, which includes sending promotional communications, targeting advertising, and presenting you with relevant offers.
VisualSP will only send email containing marketing content on a very occasional basis and only if we feel it is relevant to you. We will never sell or rent your personal information to any third party. VisualSP will only share your details with a third party if:
– It is necessary to do so in order to supply any product or service you have purchased
– It is necessary to do so in order to protect or enforce our rights or those of a third party
– We are required to do so by law
