A VisualSP subscription and a Microsoft Clarity project is created on our end for your company. Once the VisualSP browser extension is installed for your users, it automatically recognizes the users and starts collecting data for you in your Clarity dashboard.

Q. Why do you charge for Microsoft Clarity if it's a free product from Microsoft?
A. Good question! The free Microsoft Clarity product requires you to have access to the back-end code in order to install it (just like Google Analytics install). Plus, you have to install Clarity code behind each application separately.
With VisualSP Lite, it's one simple browser extension install which collects data in your Clarity dashboard for whichever internal enterprise web application you want - even if you're not able to get to the back-end code of that application.
On top of that, we provide you with support every step of the way.
