Q. How is this product different than the VisualSP Premium product?
A. This product has a content set focused on core scenarios for remote workers.
The complete VisualSP Premium product has the following additional features:

Q. Is the system customizable?
A. Yes! The content as well as branding is completely customizable. Any provided help item or icons can be changed by you to fit your specific business needs. In addition, you can snap in your own help content (screenshots, reference documents, videos, etc.) directly into the system. That content can reside at any location that’s accessible to your users.
Q. When you guys make changes, will it overwrite our customizations?
A. No. Once you customize an item or add your own, that item will never be updated by us – unless you revert back to our content. When you change a pre-built item, it becomes a ‘customized’ item specific to you and our updates don’t touch it going forward.
Q. Does it support modern interfaces of SharePoint Online?
A. Absolutely! Our system detects and supports the modern interfaces of SharePoint as well as classic interfaces so users can get help according to the interface being used.
Q. Which Microsoft Office 365 applications do you have content for?
A. Office 365 Overview, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online. More content sets are available in VisualSP Premium.
Q. How hard is it to deploy VisualSP?
A. Each of your team members will need to deploy a browser extension, which takes only a few seconds to install, in their internet browser. All popular browsers are supported: Chrome, New Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer. Your domain administrators can also push this browser extension out to all users at once.
If you would like to deploy the VisualSP Teams app as well, your team administrator would need to deploy it from Microsoft Teams administration within Microsoft 365 tenant. This process usually takes under 10 minutes. That’s it. Nothing else to it!
