I conducted this webinar on Feb 24th showing scenarios (using the VisualSP platform) of how you can un-frustrate your Dynamics 365 users by providing them needed information in context of their own environment.
Since every Dynamics 365 implementation is different, the guidance and policies that you need to provide your users is also going to be unique. So I showed how you can provide information, announcements, policies and guidelines to your users at their moment of need directly within their own environment so the information is impossible to miss. This is all done via the concept of contextual microlearning (which I explained in the webinar as well).
I also showed how you can calculate your return on investment (ROI) for contextual microlearning so you can determine if you are succeeding with your goals.
The intended result we are after: Increased User Adoption of Dynamics 365 platform while Decrease in Support Tickets and repetitive questions from users.
